Vanna’s mission as a Vinyasa yoga instructor is to create a space for yogis new and seasoned to align, flow, sweat, and play. In spring of 2013 she completed her 200 hour Teacher Training. Since that time she has continued to participate in teacher trainings, festivals, and conferences to deepen her knowledge and love for and of yoga. She is an inspiring and empathetic teacher known for her clear and playful style of encouraging you to fearlessly approach your yoga mat. Her teaching is composed of 3 key elements, safety of her students (I care about you!), a lot of sweat (a little work never hurt anyone), and hopefully a few laughs and giggles along the way ☺.
