Holly Jonhson

Holly Johnson, BA, is a 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Zumba instructor and active Metabolic Coordinator/Nutritional Wellness Coach and Chiropractor Assistant for Dr. Ben Galyardt, DC.  She offers an extensive and varied background in holistic health and wellness, as well as thorough experience in helping individuals find functional balance for their bodies.  She takes the time to tune into each individual listening to their goals and designing a plan for achieving these goals efficiently and effectively in a timely matter.

Meet Rachael!

 

Rachael is a senior at CSU completing her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science
with a concentration in Health Promotion. She has been practicing yoga for over eight years
and is a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor teaching for over a year. Rachael volunteered at the
CSU Adult Fitness and Cardiac Rehab Program aiding the older adult population in exercising,
group fitness classes, and began introducing some clients to weights. At the program, she
developed proficiency in blood pressure assessments.

Rachael loves the outdoors from running to climbing and anything in between. She is an avid
fitness junkie and would love to assist you with any questions or guidance you may need!
