I began practicing yoga 8 years ago. It had such positive effect on my life that I decided to become a teacher. I did my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification in early 2008 and have been teaching ever since. I began my own practice with Bikram yoga, but discovered a love for Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Anusara. I believe that a healthy, regular, challenging, and embodied yoga practice will lead to an enriched life. My hope is to assist students as they find inspiration and benefits for the mind, body and soul through yoga and meditation.
