Laramie completed her teacher training at Breathe Yoga in the spring of 2011 to deepen her practice and answer 101 questions a yogi may find themselves asking! She has explored and practiced Bikram, Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga. There is no end to her being a student of the yoga philosophy and practice. Having grown up as a dancer, she discovered the magic in movement, balance, and breath as an antidote for many of life’s hurdles. Her passion for the mind, body, and spirit connection continues to grow. Her yoga experience has shown her that yoga is life, and life is yoga. The challenges, fears, changes, acceptance, the growth, and finding our authentic selves are all practiced on the mat, and can be taken with us off of our mats into our daily lives. We become more self-actualized, awakened human beings, finding balance, harmony and joy a natural way of living and being. As a teacher, she shares her passion and hopes to guide her students with support, inspiration, alignment and encouragement, to find yoga a way of life.
